The Site's Creator:
Robert Garza is originally from Houston, Texas and grew up listening to Spanish and English at home and he has taken coursework in Spanish grammar
In addition to using knowledge from coursework and life experience to build the site content, Rob has enlisted the help of native Spanish speakers from Mexico, Spain, and Venezuela who work or study in medicine.
Rob has seen the impact language barriers have on Latinos in both seeking and receiving medical care. This is why he started the Health Care Spanish project in order to alleviate the issues between medical workers and primarily Spanish speaking patients.
